Fresh and satisfying noodles packed with flavour and authentic ingredients. Julie's Noodles always hits the spot! Prices are more than fair for the big portions, and having eaten there more than 10+ times, I can say the offerings stay consistent with each visit. Don't skip the tasty chili oil!

Love stopping here when I’m in Austin. They have the best beef tendon and shredded pig ears. It’s sliced very thin and super tasty with the right amount of chili oil. Their noodle soups are flavorful and large portions. My family enjoys their steamed dumplings which are on the thicker side skin if you prefer, but their potstickers are very crunchy and delicious. Not a fan of their cucumber dish though. Come check out this very authentic Chinese restaurant if you’re in the area.

Stopped in here after seeing the reviews. Just looking for a quick snack to save off the hunger pangs. Service was quick and easy. Order at the counter. Got the Pork and Shrimp boiled dumplings 12 pcs. $12.75 The dish arrived with 10 minutes. A plateful of dumplings and empty cup for condiments. I thought there would be a dipping sauce. The dumplings were flavorful without a sauce although I would have enjoyed an option. I added some chili sauce to the empty dish and spiced up things. By the end I was completely full and satisfied. Complimented the meal with some authentic bottled green tea. 😋 I will be back for more!

Julie’s Noodles in Austin is a great spot for malatang. The flavors are rich and satisfying, and they really know how to make good chili oil—fragrant, spicy, and full of depth. Service is fast, and the kitchen moves efficiently. Even if you see a long line, don’t be discouraged. The food comes out quickly and the tables turn over fast, so the wait usually isn’t too bad. One small downside during this visit was the soup dumplings, which seemed a bit over-steamed, and the soup inside had mostly disappeared. Aside from that, the rest of the food was excellent. Overall, it’s still a great place for flavorful noodles and malatang, and definitely worth visiting if you’re in Austin.

It’s order at the counter service, which I think ends up being really efficient for a smaller busy business. Pork soup dumplings were great. Hand pulled spicy beef ramen was good too. Also got the beef burrito which is a scallion pancake with beef and we really enjoyed it as well. Lastly we had the beef and carrot dumplings that were my least favorite but still good. Chili oil was also great!
